Under this agreement, the Hungarian law governs and applies to the service and the service providers and to users, in particular:

- REGULATION (EU) 2018/302 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (28 February 2018.) within the internal market on taking action against unjustified territorial content restrictions and other forms of discrimination based on the customer's nationality, place of residence or place of establishment

- Regulation 2006/2004/EC and Regulation (EU) 2017/2394

- amending Directive 2009/22/EC

- the Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code),

- the law of CLXIV of 2005 on trade

- the law of CLV of 1997 on consumer protection

- the Government decree of 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II. 26.)

- the Government decree of 373/2021. (VI. 30.) on detailed rules between the consumer and the business regarding contracts for buying and selling goods, digital content services and the provision of digital services

- the law of CVIII of 2001. regarding certain aspects of electronic commerce services, as well as services related to the information society

- the law of XLVII of 2008 on the prohibition of unfair commercial practices towards consumers

- the law of XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions and certain limitations of economic advertising activity

The language of the contract and the conclusion of the contract - thus the order and confirmation, as well as order acceptance - is Hungarian or English.

By ordering online in the webshop - considered as a legal declaration made in the form of suggestive behaviour - confirmed by the service provider, an agreement is being formed but not regarded as a written contract, the service provider doesn’t file it and it will not be accessible later. An order placed on the website is considered a legal declaration in the form of suggestive behaviour, a contract is concluded through implied conduct, and it entails a payment obligation on behalf of the User. The service provider stores the orders with an order number identifier on the administrator interface, and it makes orders traceable in the customer account this way.

These general contract and user conditions (hereinafter: contract conditions) refer to the services available on the website, to buying and selling products that can be ordered in the webshop and information published on the three websites. Parties to the contract created by accepting the terms and conditions, on the one hand, the Service Provider, on the other hand, all legal natural and legal persons, as well as economic organizations without legal personality, Hungarian branches and representative offices of foreign enterprises, a foreign natural person with legal capacity, or an organization with a foreign seat that is considered a legal person according to the law governing it - hereinafter referred to as User - if they accept the contractual conditions set out here and recognize them as binding.

The contract to be concluded within the framework of these terms and conditions can be concluded by a person who is incapacitated or a person with limited capacity to act in accordance with the rules of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.

The terms and conditions of the contract are effective from the time they are placed on the website operated by the Service Provider in accordance with these terms and conditions, and are valid for an indefinite period of time. The Consumer Protection Information, Data Management Information and Legal Statement available on the website form part of the contract terms.
